Message From The Pastors

Luke 8:25 There is a faith that rests in confidence in God.

His promises never fail. Faith can only come one way – by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. (Rom 10:17) The Word of God can create faith in us that is never daunted, never gives up and that never fails. Often we fail to realise the vastness of our Father’s supply. We forget that His supply is inexhaustible. It pleases God when we ask for much. “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask Him?!” (Matt 7:11) Notice the much more. He can do so much more. So, when you seem to be up against it and everything seems lost, have confidence to believe that He will not fail and cannot fail. You will never get anywhere if you depend on your feelings. Feelings are temporal and not truth. The Word of God however, is truth and it is far more powerful than feelings. It has the power to change your situation if you will only believe. Remember, all things are possible to him who believes. (Mark 9:23) Treat all problems to a course of the Word and see what God can do! For further study see Luke 8: 22-39
